The Power of Journaling
Journaling is a powerful tool when it comes to manifesting a desired outcome. For me personally, it is the most powerful tool. Although I have found success with visualization techniques and affirmations, writing my desires down on paper have given me the evidence that I can absolutely manifest big things.
When I was younger I made a list of attributes I hoped to find in a partner, and today I can honestly say my husband checks off every single item on that list. Smart, loyal, speaks more than one language, comes from a large family…they are all there. Later in life I desired a home with large windows that let in a lot of light, 5 bedrooms, an ocean view, and great neighbors …this home did come into my life and in such a unique and serendipitous way. It wasn’t until a few weeks after we moved in that I realized I had written about it a few years earlier.
I have also seen journaling work for others. From these experiences, I know it works, and one of my passions is to understand how (see my blog if you’re interested too).

Can journaling help you manifest?
I 100% believe it can, although it is more about aligning with a version of yourself which already exists in your higher mind. Journaling helps you see the story you’ve been telling yourself so you can choose a new one. When you set aside time to journal, you give your higher self permission to express as you consciously set the intention to discover who you are being and bring hidden beliefs into the open.
Your journal will become a mirror that reflects who you’ve been and a map that gives you direction on where you want to go.
Keys to Manifesting
Know what you want
Experiencing the best version of yourself requires you to know who you want to become. Imagine that there are infinite versions of you who exist in a field of possibility, and all you need to do is choose the one you wish to experience. This version of you already exists in your higher. If the desire of a certain lifestyle or relationship pops into your head, it is because it exists in the field as potential. This potential has a certain frequency. When you match the frequency it materializes into form.
Change your frequency
If you are not experiencing what you desire, you must change your frequency. Imagine this version of you who already exists knows you have the desire to match with them and they are trying to get to you but they can’t because your frequency is blocking them. To know your frequency, you must be able to clearly answer the questions: What are your beliefs? How do you feel about certain things? What subconscious thoughts are you holding? What are your patterns of behavior? How do you see the world?
This is where journaling comes in. When you uncover the answers to these questions, you will know who you are being and have a clearer picture of what you are allowing to come into your life.
Stabilize your frequency
Your frequency is a combination of your beliefs, emotions, thoughts, actions, and how you define things. Many of us can get into alignment with new frequencies, it’s staying there that is the challenge. Adopting new beliefs and staying steadfast with higher vibrational thoughts helps shift the mind’s perspective. Over time, these new thoughts begin to dominate and when they do, they can replace old patterns of thinking.
