A New Earth Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose

Eckhart Tolle intends to awaken a shift in our consciousness in his book A New Earth. Tolle tells the reader in the first few pages that although not everyone is ready to change their state of consciousness, many are. If you are one of the lucky ones who gets even a glimpse of the awakening process, it will be irreversible, and in my opinion, will help you live a happier and more meaningful life. 

As you awaken, the light of consciousness reveals the unconsciousness within you and floods out the ego which is the root of emotional suffering. The ego is a false sense of self and is not a reflection of who we truly are. 

Tolle draws from the teachings of Christianity, Buddhism, and Hinduism. A New Earth is inspired by the Bible prophecy where the existing world order collapses and “a new heaven and a new earth” emerges. Heaven refers to the inner realm of consciousness and Earth is the physical reflection of this consciousness.
