How To Use Reality Transurfing to Manifest
The premise of Reality Transurfing is that there exists an alternative space (which I like to think of as what many spiritual teachers call The Akashic Records). Think of this as a cosmic database that stores everything past, present and future. It is an infinite field of information. Manifesting reality is like finding the coordinates on this information grid. Whether we are accessing our own memories, future events, or new discoveries, we do so by locating them in the alternative space.
We can use the energy created by our thoughts to materialize a given sector of this alternative space. Although the informational field contains an infinite number of possibilities, the one that materializes is most likely the least energy consuming alternative. Understanding this helps the Transurfer easily glide through this space, recognizing that the path of least resistance will more naturally bring about the optimal solution. It is noteworthy that we access this data through our hearts and it is interpreted by our minds.
To better understand this, imagine a library with an infinite number of movie reels; each one represents a variation of your life. To choose the movie you want to see play out, you need to imagine it and then align with it. Imagining the movie you want to see brings you closer to it in this vast library. Your chosen movie (or reality) may be far away or nearby depending on your frequency. In this alternatives space, you do not physically reach for the movie. Instead, you choose the movie by choosing the thoughts that align with the movie. Once you’ve got the movie in front of you, in order to see it play out (manifest) you assume the role of your character in that particular film. You assume the role by acting like the character would. As you are doing these things, the film of your old reality is continuing to play or be reflected in the mirror of reality but despite this, your chosen film is being set into motion; you just can’t see it yet because there is a delay. Sometimes the delay is short and sometimes it is long. If you get frustrated or “fall asleep” to old thought and behavior patterns, your current movie keeps playing since you push the preferred one back.
Transurfing can be interpreted as a way to ride the waves through the alternative space. Reality is just a reflection and to change it, we must change ourselves. Imagine looking into a mirror and noticing a bit of dirt on your face. Logically we understand that removing the dirt on our face changes the reflection in the mirror and that to try to remove the dirt by touching the mirror is futile. This logic is at the center of Reality Transurfing. To change our reality we must change the image that is being reflected.
So how do we do this? By changing the way we think and behave so our thoughts and behaviors reflect our true nature and a return to self.
As you embark on this journey with me of choosing better thoughts to align with better outcomes, it would be a good idea to engage in some daily practice. I have written 3 journals to help facilitate this process. Begin with Clarity which contains several prompts to get you thinking about what it is you actually want.
Knowing what we want is the first step and not always as easy as it seems. Once you have a clear vision of what you want, write out a new story. I have given you space to do this in the back of the Clarity journal. Don’t feel as though this has to be permanent; you can always adjust your story.
If knowing what we wanted and writing it down was all it took, more people would be successful at designing a new life; however, many of us have limiting beliefs that keep us from taking action which is necessary to shift from thought energy to form energy. In Belief, you will take a close look at the limiting beliefs you know you have and also the ones you are unaware of. The journal walks you through a series of steps to question and challenge any beliefs that would keep you from taking action toward your desired goals. This process will help you transform into the personality that is a vibrational match to the alternatives space.
Finally, to help solidify the match so the vibrational state takes form, you will repeatedly visualize and imagine a new reality. Visualize in a relaxed state and repeat it until it becomes normal for you to live in this alternate reality. Imagine detailed scenes so they feel as real and normal as possible. Many people do not struggle to visualize, but if you are one who can’t keep a vision in your mind for several minutes, or it feels too vague, you can use the Imagination journal.
